Ctrl-W allows a Jenesis user to access J-Link information. The information included here contains company names, agency codes, usernames, passwords and website links, and controls the functionality of the J-Link globe (the way we link from a policy in Jenesis to the company website). Although you cannot limit all the information on the Ctrl-W (J-Link information) screen, we do give you the ability to hide the passwords. Hiding passwords protects you and your agents from possible security threats. To hide them you will:
Note: You must be an Administrator to perform these steps.
Step 1: Go to User Setup by clicking Utilities from the ribbon on the Main Screen of Jenesis (you may also hit Ctrl-U)
Step 2: Locate the User you do not want to see the information.
Step 3: Make sure there is no check mark in the box that says ‘Allow Password Access’
Step 4: Move to the next user (if applicable) by hitting the arrow key located at the bottom of the screen
