Our CARE Team’s mission is to promote positivity and support throughout our organization and the customers we serve. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. Our goal is to cultivate a community that uplifts spirits while contributing to the success and happiness of both our team members and customers.
The CARE Program focuses on the following aspects:
Support During Difficult Times
Recognizing that life can bring challenges, the CARE Team is dedicated to supporting both our team members and customers. This includes assisting with utility bills, offering support during the loss of a family member or pet, and providing meals or gift cards to those in need.
Supporting Futures in 2026
Our Beyond Education Fund is a new scholarship program designed to support college students with expenses beyond tuition.
This initiative reflects our commitment to creating opportunities and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our team members, customers, and their families. The Beyond Education Fund will offer two scholarships: one for the child of a team member and one for the child of a customer.
These scholarships go beyond covering college costs—they aim to ease the financial burdens associated with education, such as textbooks, housing, or technology, helping students focus on achieving their dreams.
Celebrating Milestones
Acknowledging important milestones such as work anniversaries and birthdays by organizing thoughtful gifts and celebrations for both team members and customers when appropriate.
Support for Health and Wellness
One of the objectives of our program is to support both team members and customers by offering access to counseling services or assistance with hardship-related expenses, creating pathways for those who may need additional support.
