JenesisNow- Added ability to Choose an Address when Printing an Invoice or creating a letter template.

We have added a feature to help when clients have multiple addresses, so you can decide which address you would like to use for invoices and letter templates. Starting in the Client View Screen, see if the client has multiple addresses in the Addresses Card; if they do, then this update will be very helpful, which can be demonstrated by selecting a policy in the Policy Card section for this client.

Inside the Policy, go to the Invoice Card, and click on the folder icon next to the plus sign, if you already have a policy created to bring up the Policy’s Invoice popup window. In the window, select the invoice and then click the green Generate Invoice Form Selected, which will bring up another popup window, Choose an Address. Select the address desired for the invoice and click the green Choose button; this will bring up the Invoice with the address chosen.

Selecting which address to use can also be used within a letter template. Inside your Email/Text Client or Company page, after creating the letter, click the blue Print button, which will bring up the popup window to Choose an Address. Select the desired address, click the green Choose button, and it will populate it so you may see the letter in its entirety with the chosen address.
