JenesisNow – Imaging
Think of media files as attachments that can be stored in different places in JenesisNow. Examples: under user profile, you could have a copy of your license; under agency, you could store a contract; under companies, you could have a contract with the business or broker.
In client view, there is a Media/Files section where you could add any type of document to the client profile by clicking the plus sign and then choosing a way to upload the media/file, using drag and drop, scan a file, or select a file from the computer. On this screen, you can change the file name and add tags to the file/media to make this media/file easier to find.
Once the file/media is on file, you can click on the file/media to bring it up anytime while using the system.
