This video will cover Lightspeed Voice-Over IP (VoIP) integration and JenesisNow.
In the Lightspeed Application, go to the left-sided vertical menu, click Management, Leed settings, and Integration. If this is the first time using Lightspeed, you will need to say if you are using Windows or a Mac computer and to accomplish this, in the upper right corner, click on the corresponding Windows or Apple icon. When you click on one of these icons, it will download a connector for Lightspeed. Once it has downloaded, click on it so it will install the system, and once it has downloaded, close the pop-up window which appears, allowing Lightspeed to connect with JenesisNow screen-pop.
To add integration, click the plus sign (+) in the top-right, then in the pop-up that appears, enter the integration name as JenesisNow and select Custom Orbit Call Pop for the vendor. It will then ask for the Call Pop URL. To get this URL, go to the JenesisNow System, go to the left-sided vertical menu, select Tools, then VoIP, copy the first URL link under the first How-to video for Lightspeed, then go back to Lightspeed and paste in the URL, and then click the Get Started button.
In the Users Assigned, click the toggle next to Enabled, and then assign a user or users to this integration. Select Unassigned Users, click Edit, assign one or more users for this integration, and then select Save. After saving, it will show the users selected; next to the users, click the option All to receive Screen Pop calls on inbound and outbound calls.
When making an outbound call using Lightspeed, if the number is in the JenesisNow system, it will open a new window on that client’s profile; if the number is not in the system, it will open JenesisNow’s Dashboard.
