How to create a sales pipeline in JeneisNow.
JenesisNow – Adding A Sales Pipeline
First, you’ll want to set up a series of Dashboard cards. To add a dashboard card, click the plus sign. Different options will open in a pop-up window, but we will select Client.
Once you’ve added the card to your dashboard, click on the gear icon to set up your filters. Notice default is set to prospects and fill in the required fields. We suggest you set the Number to Show to 50, which is the most clients you can see at once. Then click Save to save your changes and close.
You should select Clients at the top of the card to change the card’s name to something that makes sense for the settings you made. Then click the check mark to save.
The next step is to make a card for Quote. When you click the gear icon after adding the card, a window called Quotes Filter will appear. Fill out the required fields. Note: Make sure the Policy status says Pending Quote. Then click Save to save and close. After you save, click the name at the top of the card to change it, and then click the check mark to save.
You’ll make another Quote card as your next card. When you click the gear icon after adding the card, a window called Quotes Filter will appear. Leave Quoted as is for Policy Status. Under the Effective Date Range, the Last 60 Days option is recommended. Now, click Save to save your work and close.
Recommendations here: If something is not appearing on a dashboard card, you might want to check the client status and what the policy status states.
