How do I use the Email Integration feature in JenesisNow?

This video tutorial will give you a quick overview of the Email Integration feature in JenesisNow.

JenesisNow – Email Integration

To set up your email integration, select Users, All Users from the vertical menu bar on the left side of your screen. From the list of users, select your user profile.

From within your User view, select the Email Integration tab just below your name. In the Integrated Email Address box, enter the email address from which you’d like to send and receive emails within your system.

Follow the prompts to verify your email address, and once set up, you can select Email from the vertical side menu bar to sort, select, read, and reply to emails from within JenesisNow.

A few pointers:

  • Use the Compose button to write a new email.
  • Notice the familiar Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, etc. folders.
  • Use the Search Inbox feature to find specific emails.

You may also send an email from inside a client’s profile. From within the client main screen, in the top right section, notice the running record of all communication to, from, or about this client in the Emails tile box.
