JenesisNow-An “All” option has been added for sending J-mail
We have made an enhancement to J-mail to allow you to send a message to all users in your agency.
To send a message to all users in your agency in J-mail, click the J-mail message icon (envelope) in the blue ribbon toolbar. In the J-mail window, click the blue compose button at the top left of the page, to bring up the compose J-mail message. Click in the “To” field and select All, and then all your agents in your agency will be listed. Before, you had to select each individual to be added, so this will increase your efficiency in sending messages to all of the agents in your agency.
