JenesisNow- Update for Acord 127 & ability to populate additional Acord Forms
We have enhanced the Acord 127 form.
Before in the Acord 127, Business Auto Section, if you needed to add additional drivers beyond the allowable number, you would have had to attach an Acord 163, but that was not an option on the old system.
There is now a way to attach the additional Acord 163 form to the Acord 127 for additional drivers beyond what is allowed on the Acord 127. To attach the Acord 163 to the Acord 127, fill out the Acord 127 form and save it. Then go to the available form section, and in the search tab, type in 163. When the form appears, go to the Commercial Auto Driver Information Schedule section, click the circle before the Business Auto BAP – Progressive Amer Ins Co. -Active – 12345, and click the orange generate form button. This will bring up the Acord 163 form to allow you to put any additional driver information to be covered by your auto insurance policy. After completing the form, click the submit button at the top of the page.
Once you have completed it, you may check to make sure it is saved correctly by going into your Saved Forms section, and in this section, you may check it or make any adjustments to the form if needed.
