How to set default coverage options for policies in JeneisNow.
JenesisNow -Setting Default Policy Coverages
Start by going to the sidebar on the left, hovering over Agency (AGY), and clicking on My Agency. Scroll down to the blue tabs in Agency Edit and click Edit Coverage Options. This will allow the dashboard for State Preferences and Coverage Options to appear.
For each policy type, choose the State from the dropdown and then the Policy type from the dropdown. Then, click the green button called View Coverages. This will bring up the Default Option in the middle of the screen, and then you will need to fill in all the dropdowns needed. Now, click Save at the top of the page.
Now, go back to your Client View Dashboard. To do this, go back to the left sidebar and click Dash at the top. Once you’re in Client View, scroll down to Policies and click the plus (+) sign. A window called Manage Policy Components will appear. Here select the State and Select Component by using the dropdown. Then click Select at the button.
Under Personal Auto Policy dashboard, scroll down to Coverages on the left. The coverages should already appear, but if not, then use the dropdown to select the correct Limit.
