How to add a customer in your system that owns multiple businesses in JenesisNow.
Add each client’s profile separately, being careful to add the person’s name beneath “People” and their business name under “Business” and checking to see that the information is displayed correctly from inside the Client View.
Repeat these steps for each additional business for that client.
Take care that you enter their personal name and business name in the correct spots so that you can find this customer easily.
If the customer were to call and provide his/her name, you could type their name into the search bar in the top, right corner. Both business names will be listed next to the customer name as profiles once you start typing.
