Integrating QuickBooks within JenesisNow
JenesisNow- QuickBooks Integration
First, make sure your bank account is set up. To do this, go to the left side menu, hover over the dollar sign (accounting), and then click Bank Account, which will open the Bank Account page. Make sure the name of your account matches exactly what is in QuickBooks so it imports correctly.
Go to the left-side menu, hover over the dollar sign (accounting), and then click on Check Register, which will open the Check Register page. On this page, select the desired date range and then click the Process Receipts button to the left, bringing up a list of all receipts that have been processed. Next, click on the receipts you would like to send to Quickbooks; this can be done by clicking on the box to the far right of each, or if you would like to send all, go to the top box next to where it states Select Check.
Once you have selected the receipts to export, click the Export QB file button at the bottom of the page. A pop-up window will open; select Export QB File for Desktop in this window. Check the QuickBooks file name is correct, select the transition account name, and click the Generate File button below; this starts the download process, which can be seen in the lower left corner. Once this file has been downloaded, go to your QuickBooks and import the file.
