JenesisNow- Emailing a Certificate to multiple Certificate Holders
To access the Acord Library, go to the top of the screen and select Acord Forms.
Once in the Acord Library, notice the Client search field and type in the client’s name. Look up Acord 25 in the search field under Available Forms.
Then, next to Certificate of Liability Insurance, select Choose. This will allow you to open a pre-filled form. Select the policy type or types of policies you want to appear on the certificate.
Then choose Continue. Your certificate will display. All of the information is pre-filled based on the policy’s level.
Scroll to the bottom of the page when you’re ready to send out the certificate. At least one certificate holder should be chosen. You have the option of selecting one or multiple. Additionally, under Select Insured(s) to email, you can select the Insured to the right.
After your selections, select Generate Form.
Select the certificate you want to open to View/Edit. After you’ve made your choice, a PDF format will appear. To email your certificates, select Email Certs to Holders which will send your certificates to the holders and insured.
