How to change the policy type from other to homeowners in JenesisNow.
Changing other Policy Types – JenesisNow
Start by searching for your client by using the Search Bar at the top right corner and type in your client’s name. The Client View page will appear. Navigate down to the Policies Card and select policy type Other.
To change, locate the Policy Info Card on the right, and select Change Policy Type. A window will pop up for you to change the policy type. Select the drop menu to change it to Homeowners and select Change.
The policy is then updated to a homeowners’ policy. Now you’re able to add any additional information that’s needed.
