How to use the Turn On and Off Feature to Automatically Cancel Policies in JeneisNow.
JenesisNow – Automatically Cancel Policies
To get started, click on your location in the sidebar on the left, hover over Agency, and then select All Locations.
Go to Location Options by scrolling down on the right side of the screen. There is a list of options; select Enable Policy Cancellations and turn it on/off.
Returning to your dashboard, selecting a policy from Last Viewed Clients will take you back to Client View. If your policy’s expiration date has not been noted, it will be canceled automatically.
