Preferred Name Field added to Client within JenesisNow
JenesisNow-Preferred Name Fiedl added to Client
We have added an enhancement to the client page to allow you to add a client’s preferred name to the client view.
To add a client’s preferred name, go to the client and click on their name to take you to the client’s account. There is now a field to add “Preferred Name” to the client. Add their preferred name to this field and click the green save button at the bottom. Now their preferred name will show on the client view line in their account.
