  • Transportation (TNC) was added as a vehicle use option for personal auto policies.
  • Installed GA4 and Heat Maps(currently in Dev) and created pages for recordings –
  • Minor updates to the search on the Transfer Policy screen.
  • Updated downloads to connect Acord violation codes to JenesisNow codes for rating.
  • We have made several enhancements to the policy screen.
  • Updated GL lookup table on Client View for visual alignment.
  • Updated layout on Goals screen
  • Updated fields for Producers at the policy level and Business codes at the client level.
  • Added a filter for Producer 2 and Producer 3 on Policy Detail and Production reports.
  • We have added a user permission for accounting. Only agency admins and users with this accounting permission will have access to the check register and bank accounts.
  • Reports previously labeled “Commission Statement” and “Commission Overview” have been condensed into a single report called “Commission”, with an enhanced field list.
  • Improved the Commission Manager feature.
  • We have added the option to show the producer commission at the policy level with the ability to edit if needed.
  • We have added a Rewrite checkbox to the policy screen. We have also added a Rewrite commission option to user setup. This will change the way commission is calculated if the user is setup with a different commission amount for rewrites vs new and renewal.
  • We have made several changes to Company Setup and the policy screen to enable agencies to be able to have the same company in JenesisNow with different brokers or parent company commissions.

  • Updated the Acord 61 for ID to the 2023/08 version.
  • We have added the ability to send the single run email and text marketing campaign based on the person’s age.
  • We have added the insured’s address to the name search results on the main search as well as in advanced search for name and business name search. We have also added people tags if they have them.
  • Added a drop down in the info area above Own/Rent for Language Preference.
  • We have added the ability to print policy component items such as property listings, additional interests, vehicles, drivers, and more.
  • We have added Acord 834 to the list of Acord forms.
  • Users now have the option to enter a CA # if policy is in the state of Califorina.
  • Receipt time shows on the report with the current date field.
  • Changed policy holder from dropdown to text box on Group Health
  • We have added the ability to make occupations inactive in agency setup as well as the ability to merge occupations.
  • We have added the ability to hide or show deleted GL listings. By default GL listings that have been marked as deleted will not show.
  • Users can now add custom Commercial Business Types.
  • We have improved the lienholder, mortgagee, additional interest, and loss payee search to include the name as well as the address in a drop-down.
  • We have added business auto vehicles year, make, model, vin, comp and coll to Acord 101 (Additonal Remarks)
  • We have added a new marketing campaign for clients that do not have a Medicare Supplement policy and are at least 64 1/2 years of age.
  • We have made changes to the time clock report to include a total calculation by user and the location identifier
  • We have added the ability to exclude people on a client from showing in the search and dashboard if you do not want to see them. By default Insured and CoInsured will default so always show.
  • Premium and Policy Types are now included in the Commission Report
