  • A County field has been added to addresses.
  • DOT number and MC number have been added as fields to commercial auto policy vehicles.
  • Producers on policies can now only be changed by Admin-type users (they can still be set for the first time by any user).
  • Added the ability to create a Letter template- to be used for creating a letter that is printed and mailed out.
  • Policy Premium has been added as an optional field to the Commission Overview report.
  • Coverage information on General Liability policies for Crime, Prof Liability, and Cyber Liability will now fill in on Acord 25.
  • Errors and Omissions policy information now fills in on Acord 25 form.
  • Client Detail and Marketing History reports now have the option to add First name and last name filters.
  • User has the ability to attach media to any note that is in the system.
  • Added additional fields to the vehicle screen under a BAP.
  • Additional tags have been added to email templates, giving access to policy information.
  • We have changed the Retroactive field to an open field on an E&O policy and combined the Full and Unlimited fields.
  • Quickbooks integration has been added to the Accounting feature for transaction tracking.
  • Now when an agent replies via email to a user-sent text it will always show the agency number if there is one.
  • We have added the ability for text responses from clients to attach as notes.
  • We have added Pre-Built reports for every user by default.
  • We have added the ability to edit the criteria for the number of days that marketing emails and texts go out for most marketing campaigns.
  • Support for Custom Policy Types has been added to JN, allowing you to define your own Policies with custom fields.
  • We have added VoIP integration with RingCentral to automatically pop up your client’s profile on an incoming call. This works with RingCentral and more than likely others as well. We will be adding more integrations in the future.
