How to Customize Receipts in JenesisClassic
Starting at your Dashboard, click on the customer name for whom you’d like to provide a receipt.
From the Client Main Screen, navigate into the policy by double-clicking the policy number or type.
This will bring you to the Policy page. At the bottom of this screen, notice the New Receipt button at the bottom.
When you select that New Receipt button, any automatic prompts you have previously set up will activate. In this example, the birthday card auto-prompt is popping up.
Next, we find ourselves in the Receipt window.
Notice the lower left white box, which is where a comment can be added/edited for your receipt.
The message you create in this “Comment to Print on Receipt” box will be visible whether you choose to text, email, or print it for your customer.
Including a customized receipt message is great for cross-selling opportunities, saying thank you, or any specific comment for your customer.
