Step 1: From the Main Screen click Tools
Step 2: Go to Jenesis Maintenance
Step 3: Select Merge Duplicate Clients
Step 4: Place a check mark next to the profile you wish to keep and hit Merge
Step 5: Choose if you want to merge based on Address or DOB
