Time is money in the insurance business right? And saving time is critical to maximizing your efficiency. As an administrator of Insurance Software when you are in the process of on-boarding a new agent every second counts.
We take that in to consideration. In User Setup, Jenesis Agency Management System has added a button in the bottom right portion of the screen called Clone User Setting. When you click this button while viewing a specific user’s profile, you will be asked the name of the new user you would like to add with the same settings and permissions as the user you are cloning. You will enter the first and last name and new user will be created with the same settings and permissions. All you will need to do is add the personal information like DOB, address, etc.
