ACORD Forms
Jenesis insurance agency management system includes many commonly used ACORD forms. We offer blank and pre-filled forms to give you the flexibility you need. For example, agents have the ability to create a Certificate of Insurance(opens in new tab) which completely fills from your Jenesis data and you then are able to edit as needed before printing or emailing it to a client. Jenesis also maintains a complete history of the COI's you create for each customer. Let your client management system work for you.
Manage Insurance Forms in JenesisNow
The ACORD Forms Library in JenesisNow gives your agency a central place to work with forms for your clients and policies.
Access the forms library from a customer's account or from the dashboard, select the appropriate client and policy, and generate the form you need.
Create ACORD Forms with Policy Information
When generating supported forms, JenesisNow can transfer existing client and policy information into the form, helping reduce the amount of information that needs to be entered manually.
Once the form is generated, you can enter additional information as needed and submit the completed form to your saved forms.
Save, View, Print, and Email Forms
Forms created in JenesisNow can be saved for future access. From your saved forms, you can:
- Regenerate a form to make changes
- View the form as a PDF
- Print the form
- Email the form
- Save the form to media files
- Delete a form when necessary
These options give your agency multiple ways to work with completed forms based on the needs of the client or policy.
Create Certificates of Insurance
JenesisNow also supports creating certificates of insurance from the ACORD Forms Library.
Select the policies you want included on the certificate and add or update information as needed. The certificate workflow allows you to enter information such as certificate numbers, revision numbers, additional insured information, waiver of subrogation information, and descriptions.
Manage Certificate Holders
Certificate holders can be added and saved within the certificate workflow.
When multiple certificate holders need certificates, you can select multiple holders and generate a separate certificate for each one. JenesisNow identifies the certificate holder associated with each generated certificate so you can distinguish between them.
Completed certificates can also be emailed directly to the appropriate certificate holder from JenesisNow.
