December Product Update

Exciting New Features:

 

  • Users are now able to have up to five email addresses and five phone numbers for each contact to use in texting, emailing, and searching. Watch video.
  • We have updated the Print option on the personal auto vehicle screen to generate a signable endorsement form. Watch video.
  • Website integration (Phase 2) adds the ability for the website visitor (prospect), to indicate the policy type they would like quoted. This information will transfer into JenesisNow. Watch video.
  • JenesisNow can load or import previous JenesisNow quotes from Zywave’s TurboRater. This method is different than the current embedded JenesisNow/ITC Rater. Watch video.
  • Users can now schedule reports to automatically be sent to themselves by email daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
  • We have given the users the ability to choose custom colors for several areas of JenesisNow.  Watch video.
  • You are now able to change the policy type for a Commercial General Liability policy to a Commercial Package policy or BOP. Watch video.
  • Website integration (Phase 1) introduces a seamless connection between your website and JenesisNow. This update allows your quote form to automatically import basic customer information directly into JenesisNow, eliminating the need for manual entry. Watch video.
  • Improved the help messages on the premium fields on the policy screen.  Watch video.

All Other Feature

  • Added an option to print the Fee Consent Form separately from the Receipt. Watch video.
  • Added Storage as a vehicle use option for personal auto.
  • Added a Yes/No dropdown for “”Audit Completed”” and a field for “”Audit Completed By”” on Workers Comp Policy Types.
  • JenesisNow Mobile Layouts are now updated and fixed for mobile , tablets views
  • When sending an Acord form by email, we have added a dropdown list with the customer’s email addresses to choose from.
  • We have increased the maximum files size to 60MB for media uploads.
  • Changed the wording for coverager ABUM from Abuse or Molestation to Abuse and Molestation.
  • Added the Acord 90 CA. This will be a partial fill for now.
  • We have added a way to view and update existing Commission entries
