Noteworthy Enhancements

  • Users with location admin rights will now be able to edit the marketing campaigns for that location. View Demo
  • We have moved the Single Run Campaign to the bottom of the campaign list inside Edit Agency Location. View Demo
  • We have added a user preference for the admin to enable a “system” note to automatically be made when a user accesses a client or a policy.  View Demo
  • Users can now rearrange the order of the Client and Policy Action buttons.  View Demo

  • We have added No Workers Compensation, No General Liability, and No Business Auto email & text marketing campaigns to help cross-sell commercial accounts.

Additional Updates

  • We have removed the beneficiary option from dental, disability, vision, group & individual health, and prescription drug policies.
  • Added Direct Bill option as a policy Pay Plan Type.
  • We had added the ability for the user to add the date the heating type was updated for personal property policies.
  • Because of inconsistancies from carrier to carrier with downloads, we have removed the Total Premium field from the policy screen and renamed the Premium field as Total Premium. Total Premium includes fees from the downloads.
  • The Acord 25 will now fill the user’s name as the Contact person rather than the agency’s name.
  • Now when a text message is received into JenesisNow, on the dashboard, in the Inbound Text card, the text message will be bold to indicate it has not yet been read. We have also added a refresh icon for the Inbound Text card.
