JenesisNow Product Updates
- Now when you change the drivers license # or state for a client it will update the driver on the business auto policy. Also, if you update the driver on the business auto policy it will update the person on the client.
- Lienholders now support up to 3 names and fill better dynamically onto Acord 27.
- Emailing certificate holders and insured have been added to Acord 24 Certificate of Property Insurance.
- Added Child, Spouse, Household Member as Relationships under Client and removed Primary Contact
- We have added the signature of the Producer to the Acord 25 – Certificate of Liability Insurance. This will allow the Producer to send a signed copy of the Certificate of Insurance straight from JenesisNow.
- Errors and Omissions & Professional Liability policy screens have been added.
- We have added the fields Policy Fee, Taxes, and a Total Premium on Policies.
- Added a new page under Downloads to allow Agency Administrators to request downloads from companies.
- We have added WeSignature Integration to JenesisNow. This allows the user to send documents to be electronically signed straight from the system.
- We have added Personal Package, Commercial Package, and BOP to JenesisNow.
- We have done a complete rework of suspenses at the client and policy level that will allow you to manage current, future, and past suspenses. In addition, the Suspense List menu options have also been improved to allow easier search methods. This was a big change that we believe will improve your experience!
