All new Jenesis customers are required to participate in a Free, on-line, personalized, 13 point new customer training program designed to help the agency begin enjoying the benefits of the software just as quickly as possible.  After an agency is trained on basic tasks, new users can enroll in our weekly Jenesis Tune-Up® which offers Free, continuous training on advanced topics to ensure that your agency  maximizes its use of the program.
