1) Go to www.JenesisSoftware.com

2) Choose Customer Support then Jenesis Downloads and Version Updates and click Login.

3) Enter Username and Password (call Jenesis @ 828-245-1171 for password)

4) Click on Standard Users Update.

5) Choose Save.

6) Choose Desktop from the dropdown option at the top of the screen where it says "Save In" then click Save. The download will take 4 to 6 minutes.

7) When prompted, choose Run. If you are not prompted for anything after the download, go to your desktop and double click the update.exe icon.

8) At this point make sure everyone is out of Jenesis on the server and click Unzip. You will get a message that says Files unzipped successfully and you can click OK then Close.

9) While everyone is out of Jenesis, go to Start, All Programs, Jenesis and click on Compact & Repair. If this is not successful or if you get an error message, please contact Jenesis Support.

10) If you are on a workstation, go to Start, then Programs, Jenesis and choose Update from Server. If you are on the server go to the next step.

11) Open Jenesis. Check version by finding the version name on the Sign In Screen.

12) While on the Sign In Screen, click the Database Maintenance button and follow instructions.

13) You can now go to all workstations and repeat Step 10 above.
