How Do You Delete a Client from Jenesis?

• Go to the Jenesis main screen and search for the client to be deleted

How Do You Delete a Policy from Jenesis?

• From the Jenesis main screen search for client with the policy to be deleted.
• Once in the profile, select the tab with the appropriate policy type (ie Auto, Home, etc.).
• At the bottom of the policy box, you will notice the LOB that matches your policy type (Ex. Auto for Auto, Home for Home, etc) Click on the policy type and a policy list screen will appear. Select the policy you wish to delete by placing the arrow to the left of the policy and press the delete key on your keyboard.


The Ugly "Jenesis has encountered an error and that F:/jenesis/data.mdb is not a valid path" Occurs. What to Do?

This generally happens when the user tries to open Jenesis after a user has restarted a workstation or the server.
• To correct this error, double click on My Computer.
• Then double click the F drive.
• Then, simply close the F drive window and then again open Jenesis. 
You have now successfully initialized the F drive.
